Pre-Orders
Some of our products may be offered as pre-orders before they are available for shipment. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your product from an upcoming production run.
Please note:
- All pre-order purchases are final.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.
- Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated during checkout.
- Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep customers updated if any significant delays occur.
By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select during checkout.
Your payment information is securely stored, and you will automatically be charged before each scheduled shipment unless your subscription has been canceled.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for your next shipment, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled processing or shipment date.
If your subscription order has already entered processing or is preparing to ship, the cancellation will apply to future shipments only, and the upcoming order cannot be canceled or refunded.
